RETURNS

Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your purchase if you are unhappy with the item that you receive.

Please understand that we can only provide a refund or exchange if we have made a mistake (i.e., packed the wrong item) or if we agree that the item received is not as described (i.e., contains a fault or a defect). 

Once a return has been accepted, please allow sufficient time for your refund to be processed. This can take up to 14 days depending on your method of payment and financial institution.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs up until we receive the item, please keep your receipts as proof of mailing in case the item does not arrive. If using Australia Post (recommended), please provide us with the tracking number. Upon receiving your return, if we agree that we or the item is at fault, we will refund your shipping costs upon presentation of your shipping/postage receipt.

EXCHANGES

We may accept exchanges where you have contacted us within seven days of delivery confirmation, and only where the item has not been used or damaged. You are responsible for all postage or shipping fees associated with any exchange.

General Shipping:

We will process & post your order within 2 working days after payment has been cleared or let you know if a longer time period may be expected.

Unless otherwise agreed, we use standard Australia Post Parcel Post within Australia (all services include tracking), and Australia Post airmail for overseas purchases (tracking is available upon request)

Rates: 

Free Delivery for orders over $170 (standard delivery service, if express delivery is required please select at checkout)

Standard Delivery: $10.60 - $14.50 

Express Delivery: $14.10 - $52.45

(rates are bases on Australia Post weight ranges)

All orders ship from S.A. For Australia Post delivery time estimates please refer to the current info on their website (Domestic Delivery Times)

We accept no responsibility for items that go missing after we have dispatched them. If you require insurance please let us know before you make your payment so that we can calculate the additional cost.

If your item has not arrived after 14 days from dispatch, please notify us and we will contact Australia Post.

We will never disclose your personal information to any other party unless required by law or with your clear prior permission or if you violate our Terms of Service.

Our store is hosted through Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. Shopify stores your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

We have made every effort to describe all products as accurately as possible. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear in the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. 

WARRANTY

All product warranties must be processed through the product manufacturer. The Potted Garden is, however, more than happy to assist in any way possible with this process. Please do not hesitate to contact The Potted Garden if you have any issue with a warrantied product you have purchased from this website.
